In order to help you better we want to ask you a few questions about your building project.
Your MEKA Standard Project
You are now ready to get your standard project started with site suitability and scope of project. We will provide a site survey. (see example here). We will place your building on your survey adhering to local codes and regulations. During this phase Meka will coordinate and collect your building and site preferences. This phase takes 2 to 3 weeks. Once we receive your survey and questionnaire we will provide you a quote.
Things to know
Before you submit your request
- You must already own property
- You must provide your land survey (a link will be emailed to you)
- No deposit is required until you approve your plans
Standard Project Form
Please complete the following form to the best of your ability. This information is required to provide you with the most accurate quotation possible. Once you submit this form, you will be sent an email confirmation which will include a link to upload your property survey.

You are now ready to get your custom project started. Unlike one of our standard buildings we will need to develop floor plans, elevations and and renderings all based on your preferences (see example here). These are placed on your survey adhering to local codes and regulations. This preliminary information is weaved together with Meka’s modular system to uncover all possibilities and provide a solution that fits your site. This phase takes 3 to 4 weeks. Once we receive your survey and questionnaire we will provide you a quote.. We will set up a design coordination meeting to start your project after you received our quote and agreed to move forward.
